Job Title: Intern – Training Operations
Location: Pretoria South Africa (hybrid model-4 days in the office)
Purpose of Position
To deliver a dedicated & pro-active service to Customers, BSI Internal Customers and any other BSI External Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support operations team with issuing invoice for both public and inhouseResponsible for couriering the hard copy certificates to both inhouse and public clientsSupport in the Hosting Public/Inhouse Online TrainingAssisting with creating session invites and send Joining InstructionsMaintain Sharepoint Associate Tutor filing structure and documentationAssist Team Leader with weekly reporting for operation team meetingManning the reception deskSkills:
Ability to interact either verbally, in writing or in person at all levels, to maintain a strong customer focusAbility to undertake all training administration processes to ensure timely and accurate issue of certificatesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesVery attentive to detailTo be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft Office and computer systems.Good organisational skills. The ability to self-manage a range of administrative tasks throughout the working weekQualifications:
