Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

The Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) group drive Micron with packaging solutions for HBM product. As a data integration engineer in APTD will be accountable for the following

Work multi-functionally with PIE, PE, MRDA, IT, Smart Manufacturing, Process Control, Equipment team to develop coordinated solution to accelerate product development.AI transformation for APTD, enabling innovative solutions for technology acceleration through analysis and modeling.Extract, monitor, analyze inline data, test data and tools data to improve yield, efficiency, performance, reliability, process margin and reduce costs.Summarize complex problems, derive, explain data-driven actions taken to address them and drive team to complete with defined sub achievement.Develop the prototype solution to evaluate the proposed solution benefits, includes automate ETL and analytic jobs, as well as visualization reports.Successful candidates for this position will have:Goo data extraction, analysis, problem solving, reporting and presentation skills. Confirmed capability to resolve problems and address root cause.Database experience (Oracle, MSSQL, Snowflake, etc.) with schema design, query writing, database optimization.Experience with appropriate data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).Experience in machine learning areas: supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning.Programming language capability on Python, C#, Matlab, and/or R on Linux/Windows platforms.Working knowledge in applying Finite Element Modeling (FEM); and familiarity with software tools such as ANSYS (APDL & Workbench) is a bonus.Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a multi-national and multi-functional.Strong interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships. Successfully proven teamwork skills with a strong focus on developing good team dynamics.
