Internship Period: 2025/7/1 - 2025/8/31

As an intern in Global Quality Package (DDQA) Development and Design Quality Assurance team, you will involve assisting in NUDD (New Unique Difficult and Different) assessment and risk mitigation for new package technology, new materials or process introduced during technology development phase. Work on database to ensure timely update for NUDD and package QRITS (Quality and Reliability Risk Issue tracking system), Q&R list (Quality and Reliability list)  and QRC (Quality and Reliability Control) system.  Analyze issues that will fall under the package QRITS process. Assist in executing HBM Q&R list / QRC business process.  The intern will work closely with different teams to support various projects and initiatives. 

Execute QRITS, NUDD and Q&R list/QRC list Business process of HBM4 12H Tech node and mitigate Quality and Reliability potential risk by implementation of improvement and corrective actions.

Collaborate with different stakeholder for Package QRITS,  NUDD and Q&R/QRC execution. Perform administrative tasks as neededAttend meetings and contribute ideas

Qualifications/skills

Experience/knowledge in database tools and power BIHaving an understanding of semiconductor assembly process

Education

Degree or equivalent experience in Material / Mechanical Engineering or related field.Must be a current student.
