This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow within the field. **Key Responsibilities:** •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. •Assist in resolving hardware and software issues, including Windows operating systems. •Support the setup and maintenance of office equipment, including printers and audio-visual systems. •Collaborate with the system administrator to ensure the security of sensitive data and maintain compliance with company policies. •Participate in the imaging and deployment of new computers for various departments, ensuring consistent configurations and software installations. •Conduct routine audits of systems, including backups, to ensure data integrity and availability. •Provide end-user training and support for newly deployed systems, improving overall office productivity. Qualifications: **Desired Skills and Qualifications:** •Currently pursuing a degree in technology, computer science, or a related field. •Basic knowledge of programming languages and operating systems. •Familiarity with current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, and caching. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •Ability to interact tactfully and courteously with inside and outside customers, while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with IT leadership and local business leadership.
