NI Services Engineering team is looking for passionate young specialists who want to take their first steps in an engineering company and gain hands-on experience in post-sales services development and delivery by contributing to the service engineering function. The intern will support the development, validation, and optimization of our post-sales services, and produce the necessary instructional materials for customer-facing training courses.
 

This opportunity will help you improve your communication skills, experience with NI's platform, and understanding of customer workflows. 

 

Job Responsibilities 

Assist in the design and validation of post-sales services, ensuring they align with NI's standards and customer expectations.  Collaborate on initiatives to streamline service design, validation, and delivery processes, contributing to efficiency improvements.  Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and other relevant documentation to ensure consistent service delivery.  Work with internal teams to understand the product and content requirements.  Create learning materials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
