We work business-to-business with solar companies and solar installers to provide the tools to design, finance, sell, and install solar PV and energy storage solutions. Our highly structured 12-week Internship Program is designed for candidates interested in business management and gives a holistic overview of all areas of the business from Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Accounting, Operations Management, HR, Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management. You will spend 3-4 weeks in each department within the organization, learning valuable career skills like time management, organization, negotiations, teamwork, communication, and more. Through a combination of mentoring and on-the-job training, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the solar supply chain and network with other key players in the industry. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Must be at least 18 years of age + Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record + Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future) + Must be a self-starter with stellar time management and organizational skills + Enjoys both collaborating with teams and independent work Preferred Qualifications: + Be a Junior or Senior in college + Customer Service or Administrative experience + Demonstrated leadership in school, work or extracurricular activities Working Conditions: Conditions vary based on the intern's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.
