This position is responsible for assisting the in-house techs in the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment. The successful candidate for this position will gain valuable experience in the facility operation of a multi-building portfolio in Cambridge, MA.Job Description
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of basic hand tools.Some mechanical aptitude.Must have a positive attitude and be willing to assist in any engineering/maintenance task.Excellent interpersonal skills needed.Demonstrated success in contributing to a teamPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic computer usage.Assist in-house technicians including but not limited to:Daily operations/rounds of building systems.Perform service calls/work orders under the supervision of a technician.Maintenance in mechanical rooms and rooftops.Assist in the replacement of filters in the HVAC equipment.General cleaning in mechanical spaces and perimeter induction unitsCleanup of equipment in mechanical room and shop.Miscellaneous tasks requiring the use of hand tools.Chiller/Boiler tube punching.C&W Services is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative​ Action employer.
