RESPONSIBILITITES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Get familiar with the end-to-end international shipping process, from purchase orders to cargo deliveryLearn about and manage key documentation and terminology essential to global logisticsAssist internal teams and third-party agents in supporting global forwarding operations to ensure smooth processesSupport problem-solving and process adjustments by collaborating with more experienced team members to address customer needsProvide support to other aspects of the business working with our overseas offices and agents alikeAssist in maintaining strong customer relationships by responding to straightforward inquiries and escalating issues to senior team members as neededProvide support to other aspects of the business by helping prepare documentation and basic reportingGain introductory exposure to logistics operations across different regions, learning about various challenges and solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA passion for solving complex problems and delivering top-notch serviceFluency in English

Preferred

Currently pursuing education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related fieldExperience or coursework in logistics, transportation, or supply chainAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team settingA commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
