In this role, you will work closely with Process Engineers and Process Designers on primarily industrial and/or food-based projects. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Development of Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs Specification of process equipment and instrumentation for quotation and coordination with process designers for incorporation of equipment into project. + Assist with 3D facility design and equipment layouts including generation of sketches and coordination with process designers on General Arrangement drawings. + Performing fieldwork necessary to gather data, check tie-ins and provide construction support. + Coordinating with other disciplines and construction trades. **Qualifications** **Your Capabilities and Credentials** + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software platform and one or more of the following: AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu and/or Navisworks. + Able to visualize and layout process plants and piping in 3D. + Able to develop and work from Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) + Able to work independently as well as part of a team. + Effective verbal and written communication skills with both clients and project team members, with a strong customer service attitude. + Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies. + Strong organizational skills for maintaining project files and information received from clients and vendors. + Basic understanding of task hour estimating and being accountable for personal hour budgets. + Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done. **Education and Experience** + Currently enrolled in a four-year (minimum) degree in an appropriately related discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. + 0-2 years of relevant engineering intern experience _This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee.
