Study to improve Lubricants Blending processes and optimize energy and plant utilities consumptionStudy to improve blending activities by applying Lean Manufacturing such as Spaghetti diagram, plant layout and man/machine movementStudy to develop digital form to deploy paperless tasksAnalyze data of pump in blending for project improvementSupport TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and CI program

Department – Filling

Study to improve filling automation machine/loss timeStudy to develop digital form to deploy paperless tasksStudy to improve products quality/engineering control/visual controlStudy to improve machine breakdown and maintenance programSupport TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and CI program

Department – Grease

Study to improve Grease production processes and optimize energy and plant utilities consumptionStudy to improve batch cycle time of grease productionStudy to improve grease activities by applying Lean Manufacturing

Who we are looking for ?

1st - 4th year student or Master's student from Engineering background (Preferred Chemical Engineer, Mechanical / Mechatronic / Robotic Engineer, Industrial Engineer)Fluency in English (Both written and verbal)Strong leadership, analytical and systematic thinking skillsGood communication and coordination skills
