Introducing the Serbia Graduate Internship in Proposals
A twelve-month, early talent development program
Overview
We are offering this twelve-month program to recently qualified or upcoming graduates, with placements across various functional areas of the Proposals team.
With global and local support, the program provides opportunities for learning and growth, with meaningful and impactful contributions in support of our internal and external customers. The office-based interns are provided with:
• Monthly financial stipend
• Three months of initial general and job specific training
• Mentorship support
• Development progress tracked and evaluated
Qualifications
The role of the Intern
From shadowing opportunities, to creating content for proposals, providing budget drafts to conducting quality checks, the role of the intern is varied and the upskilling they receive comprehensive.
Requirements
Intern Position 1 – (Placement within the Investigator Grants Team within our Global Proposals Department)
Candidate in their final year of study of degree Strong written and oral English communication skills Background in Pharmacy/Medical Studies Faculty preferred Attention to detail Collaborative approach Availability up to 8hrs per dayIntern Position 2 – (Placement within our team supporting our Enterprise Proposals Hub and Content management area of the Department)
