The accounting intern will support Inova's accounting team with various projects and tasks as they gain more confidence within a business setting. The intern will work with the entire department, gaining exposure to a variety of accounting topics including leases, real estate and fixed assets. They will have the opportunity to work on real-world account reconciliations and analyses, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. Through mentorship and collaboration with industry professionals, the intern will develop essential skills to advance their career in finance and accounting.
