Job Purpose and Responsibilities

Check status of pending settlements from previous days.Work with BO to resolve breaksProvide traders with Status of pending intraday trades.Assist in processing end-of-day recaps.Liaison with BO with any booking or settlement issues.Handles incoming client customer serviceSends and saves client end-of-the-day recaps.Projects as neededAbility to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environmentAbility to work in a team environment.Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelProven analytical problem-solving abilityAnalise the flow of orders and generate reports to assist in the decision-making progressAnalyze P&L progression and compare current revenues to historic revenues Qualifications

Early Careers Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)Available for a June 2025 start date for an 8 – 10-week programProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
