Intern - Analyst, Tech Operations Strategy

Responsibilities What You’ll Do Work within our Technical Operations organization to help drive awareness and adoption our product and service experiences. Create engaging product and service content (videography, marketing visuals, documentation) to drive adoption across our various user base. Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in our products and services. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing user experience and adoption. Help maintain and update product and service documentation. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and content writing. Qualifications What You Bring to the Game Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or recently graduated. Technical Skills: Familiarity with user experience design principals, human centered design, video production, visual storytelling, content writing, creative engagement techniques, marketing. Adobe visual suite. SharePoint. Canva. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Passion: A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and sneakers. Program Logistics Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Location: Hybrid setup—work from our Dallas office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.
