Intern - Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Position Responsibilities:  We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join Reyes Holdings AI team. The successful candidate will have a passion for AI, machine learning, and be eager to learn, and contribute, to the team’s overall projects. The AI intern will work closely with the AI team to assist in the understanding, development, and implementation of AI models/algorithms using the OneReach platform. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of AI and contribute to exciting and innovative business use cases. Learn AI fundamentals leveraging RH’s standard cognitive architecture. Assist with multiple Business Use Cases (i.e. “On the Job Training”). Understand Data Preparation and Preprocessing Identify Model Evaluation and Validation Learn deployment and integration processes. Research and learn. Communicate and collaborate. RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS Understand business use cases. Assist colleagues with the gathering and development of process design documents. Assist with creating and programming of bots, flows, Rich Web Chats (RWC), and/or Intelligent Digital Worker (IDW) within the OneReach platform. Research current AI trends. Present final project to leadership. Required Education and Experience:  High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
