The Agile Planning & Delivery Operations Team is seeking an intern to serve in a Business Systems Analyst role to work closely with their direct teammates to implement improvements within our area of Program/Project Management and Governance responsibilities, learning and leveraging Agile methods. This is a great opportunity to begin thinking of leading in a new way and learning industry techniques to work in and as a team. Additionally, experience with an Enterprise Agile transformation will be the highlight of your internship and the “dink” on your resume. Job Responsibilities:

Work or pair with team to deliver backlog work items – process automation, reporting, quality reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting, requirements gathering Actively participate in increment planning activities that will drive to committed outcomes Assist and engage in key team events (i.e., planning, training, workshops) Support the product owner and overall team to identify and articulate requirements (backlog refinement) Support events with customers that aids in their learning (e.g., communities of practice, demos)

 

Desired Experience/Skills:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems (BS) with an emphasis data analytics, engineering Experience in leading teams, i.e.in school, personal organizations, clubs Self-motivated, servant minded and creative Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset, take accountability and ownership of tasks Excellent critical thinking, able to solve problems quickly and creatively Experience with Microsoft or Power Automate automation
