OverviewSummary
As a Project Management Intern, you will support our Project Management team, with the goal of enhancing your educational experience through practical, on-the-job learning, assignments, and projects. The Project Management Intern will part of an exciting summer Project that offers an opportunity to work with matrix teams and support activities from Pre-sales through implementation and internal process improvements.
A primary area of focus will be to deliver a process improvement project, including documenting process, evaluating methodology, recommending changes, and assessing value from implemented improvement. This intern will work directly with the Project/Project Management Leadership team, as well as members of our Sales community, and Subject Matter Experts in various functions.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
Learns the fundamentals of project managementBecomes familiar with Project reporting, focusing on a Project status, change process and performance dashboardBecomes familiar with Smartsheet, an enterprise planning environment, and how to use Project plans to support projectsSupports the Project management team with day-to-day work that covers various activities across the departmentAssists in the completion of projects and/or process improvements, as assignedParticipates in department and/or staff meetingsFulfills those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by ConvergeOne for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company. Desired/Preferred Qualifications
