Intern Client Relations - Milano (stage curriculare)

Main Activities: 

The Client Relations Intern will support the Client Relations Manager - Southern Europe in executing the daily tasks of the department in order to exceed the goals. 

Manage trackers and reports for Client Relations department, collaborating with store teams and other department in HQ  Elaborate the data in order to present them in accurate way to support the elaboration of the business strategy Support the Client Relations Manager during the development of the weekly/monthly/yearly strategy to achieve the sales target Support the Brand Events and Activations in Southern Europe  Work in partnership with Management team of the store in order to collect data from daily activities in store Shadow the Client Relations Manager during the execution of her/his tasks

Qualifications required: 

Passion for luxury retail and client relations department  Previous experience in luxury retail and hospitality is a plus Passion for analysis and reporting Strong team working approach Details oriented  Ability to partner with colleagues from headquarter, EMEA region and stores

Internship details: 

Curricular internship  Duration: 6 months  Starting date: March 2025 Full-time Monthly remuneration and daily meal vouchers
