Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. This Opportunity

The US Deployment Solutions Client Services team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on improving our internal communications.  In this role you will work closely with the SVP Commercial Operations 

What You’ll Do

The intern will assist in the planning and execution of internal communication assets related to Syneos offerings; our goal is to create Cliff’s Notes summaries of some of our key product offerings and departmental overviews so that colleagues have a starting place for key information. Other work to be assigned as needed in support of the internal project objectives. Position will provide exposure to multiple elements of the US Deployment Solutions organization and multiple established projects and project teams.

Your Skills & Expertise

We are seeking someone who is interested in a challenge! Our summer project is run by three “Type A” senior leaders who have high expectations but love to make challenging projects fun.  We need someone who has an inquisitive mind, is not easily intimidated, likes asking questions, is a skilled writer, and while we will provide significant guidance and air cover – you need to be able to work independently.

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’25 semesters.  The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 19, 2025 to August 8, 2025 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week). 

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
