Department Overview
TD Direct Investing provides self-directed investors with access to the tools, resources, education and support to confidently manage their wealth. Clients can access TD Direct Investing services through a variety of channels, including our industry leading online and mobile platforms, our licensed representatives available 24/7 over the telephone and in person at any of our branches across Canada.

Job Description
With support and guidance from the Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness, the Fall Associate will be provided an opportunity to support the analysis and execution of specific strategic sales initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity and accelerating results.
Some of these key accountabilities include:
Data Analytics
Leverage existing source data to craft ongoing reporting on sales data trends, surfacing opportunities to senior management.
Support ongoing sales practice management committee by identifying, investigating and articulating findings on targeted sales transactions.
Track and report results on sales teams various tactics, and including in-market sales campaigns, web traffic, click through rates, trend to plan.
Lead modeling illustrative economics for several key business initiatives.
General Support
Develop communication materials to support intra- and cross-business initiatives for an executive audience.
Co-ordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met within the project timeline.
Other ad hoc analysis and requests as assigned.
Job Requirements
High degree of numeracy, including experience with financial modeling/forecasting.
Experience with content development, marketing, and search engine optimization in both desktop and mobile environments.
Experience working with large and discrete different forms of data , and designing analytics with the objective of surfacing insights and providing recommendations.
Knowledge of TDDI's Business Development TD Direct Investing's business unit, it's people and processes would be considered a strong asset.
Demonstrated project management skills are a strong asset.
Familiarity with financial markets and TD Direct Investing products and services, such as think or swim, Web Broker, TD App, TD Easy Trade and Advanced Dashboard/think or swim would be preferred.
Highly developed presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a team environment.
Thrives in a fast-paced workplace with changing priorities and deadlines.
