During your internship, you will work on a highly functioning team and aid in providing construction services for a wide variety of projects. You'll receive guidance, supervision and mentorship by experienced construction leaders and professionals with your success as the goal. The majority of our interns convert to full-time employees. 

 

What You'll Be Working On

Support real client projects by participating in construction observation and/or inspection of construction activities.Interface with the project team and task managers.Review and update submittal status reports.Assist with preparing schedule reports.Maintain project files/documentation including logs.Manage online project document control system.Attend project meetings and assist with keeping minutes.

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel and management.Ability to thrive in a team environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Will require outside work in a variety of weather conditions.
Valid MD Driver's License and reliable transportation.
