Internship Program:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 12-week summer internship program. As an intern with American Modern, you will gain practical experience, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a valued intern with our Customer Experience team, you will:
Participate in agent and policyholder research
Survey development and programming
Conduct data collection and analysis
Create reports and presentation
Complete voice-of-customer data collection and analytics
Participate in agile user testing
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Marketing Research, Customer Insights, Business, Customer Experience or Analytics majors are preferred.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.
Confidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams).
Authorized to work in the United States of America.
Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
