¨     Attend training sessions to learn the drug development process and how clinical research is planned, conducted, and reported.

¨     Familiarize yourself with the various tools and processes that the Data management team utilizes to develop the delivery file to the client.

¨     Support the team with special projects and analytics which get an opportunity to present to senior management for more informed decision making.

¨     Engage and learn with the senior team members by shadowing them in their daily activities and learn the strategy behind the operations of clinical research to enhance your knowledge and skills into this exciting domain.
