The Intern - Decision Support Analyst assists clients with defining business solutions as well as campaign management. By fully understanding details of the client's data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, you will ensure our clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data. You will implement and analyze decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer happiness, and cost-effectiveness. You will also propose solutions to support various technical operations and ensure client satisfaction through research, trouble shooting, application administration, application user training, and code changes..
Internship details:The internship will start on May 19, 2025This internship will be located in the Conway, AR office20-25 hours/week work dedication during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summerAnticipated graduation date between May 2026 - December 2026Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
What you will do:Work with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client solutions and dynamic campaign execution via checklists and project management task lists.Develop, maintain and improve client relationship through client communicationsProvide data, analysis, and recommendations to support multiple technical operationsParticipate in improvement process for existing solutions such as solution, tool and process changesApplication administration: Identify, recommend and document code changes or make appropriate code changes. Construct and/or improve data documentation as needed and change processes for clientsInvestigate and coach clients on potential processing efficiencies, redundancies and/or optimum use of data. Drive and share standard methodologies, adoption of standards and lessons learned with internal Acxiom teamsMaintain domain expertise in designated accounts and processesEnsure compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through audits and checklistsAssist in debugging issues in user processesAssist in campaign management project management via Excel calendars and task lists. Manage checklist and procedures compliance across production team.
What you will need: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Data Analytics, or a related fieldExperience with SQLFoundational programming knowledge
