Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Marketing with an expected graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.Preferred Requirements:

This position will be located in Waco, Texas. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our team as a Demand Analyst Intern. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our business. The intern contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations by identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and actively participating in various projects. The role provides valuable learning opportunities and exposure to different aspects of the business. Your education is just the beginning - you'll become an active member of our Commercial team, reporting to our Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Manager. Intern Impact Project: Sales Pipeline Analysis
The Demand Analyst Intern will work the Commercial team to implement data standards for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in QuickBase. The goal of their project will be to analyze project data in CRM and ensure, with the support of Account Managers, that it is of high enough quality to be used for Monthly Commercial Reviews and our Sales & Operations Planning process. The process will be documented and presented to commercial leadership at the end of the 12-week program.

Participate in reviews of sales opportunities with SIOP Manager & Account Managers Develop Data Dictionary for Customer Relationship Management platform Gather data requirements from stakeholders (Account Managers and Commercial leaders) Recommend any necessary changes to CRM data (i.e., the addition or removal of fields)
