The suitable candidate for this position will bring a fresh perspective to our digital user journeys including prospective customers and various stages of an existing customer. This perspective will help us identify areas for conversion improvement from soft engagement points including our YouTube channel to more crucial areas like our funding and account opening procedures. They will work closely with our other marketing intern to map user journeys from digital website, paid advertising, and social media experiences to email and communication journeys.
Attention to detail and empathy for user experience is key.
Primary duties will include:
Evaluate and map digital user journeys/experiences with a fresh perspectiveIdentify key points to improve conversion in each experienceExplore opportunities to expand our brand footprint with soft engagement points such as YouTube and other social media outletsSocial media, advertising, and creative competitive analysisAssist in creating display creative with our proprietary Banner ToolAssist in maintaining JIRA requests including compliance approvals when suitable QualificationsStoneX Essential Qualifications

Early Careers Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university) Available for a June 2025 start date for an 8 – 10-week program Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) Must be authorized to work in the US for any employerWorking environment
