You will be part of supporting the development of digital marketing campaigns and optimization. A focus on SEO including strategies, implementation and measurement. Development of reports to measure KPIs. Develop reports to measure KPIs against industry standards. + Analytics: Utilize digital analytics to measure KPIs and track campaign performance to optimize campaign performance and conversions. + SEO and SEM: Collaborate with team members to implement on-page optimizations to increase search rankings. Analyze keywords to improve SEM performance. + Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to identify opportunities to improve search performance against our largest competitors. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) + Rising junior or senior in an accredited degree program in Marketing or Business + Interest in digital advertising, SEO and email marketing. + Experience working within a team environment. + Basic understanding of SEO + Familiarity with various online tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity. + Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. + Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH). + **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.** + **Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.** **Primary Location** : US-PA-Muncy **Job Type** : Marketing **Req ID:** 250000X
