Job Description

The intern will receive experience/training in the following:

Opportunity to contribute to high-level B2B and B2C projectsSmall and large group discussion sessions on Continental’s eCommerce strategiesParticipation in onsite and virtual meetings with our global ecommerce teamData analysisProduct audit Omnichannel presence and customer experienceProduct lifecycleMarketing & web designProduct Data updates / review

Responsibilities include:

Assist in day-to-day internal communication to drive ecommerce knowledge and integration across the sectorTesting strategies including a/b testing, online scripted tests, UAT testingResearch, develop and share knowledge of emerging ecommerce trends, innovations, and companiesAssess global marketplace to understand key growth markets and partners for international expansionContribute to email reporting and analysisDay-to-day operations necessary for the upkeep of our B2B and B2C platformsDevise and plan new ideas for ecommerce and productsOnline product assortment managementGeneral administrative support where neededProduct data updates within a Product Information Management system (PIM)

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegeMinimum Sophomore standing or higherAble to work a minimum of 20 hours/weekMinimum 3.0 GPA or higherAble to come onsite to our Fairlawn, OH office 3 days per weekProficient in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerpointBe a self-starter, able to work well independently, prioritize tasks, ask for feedback and demonstrate good follow-through skillsResiliencey and AdaptabillityLegal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job openingContinental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Power BI or similar database toolAmazon Seller/Vendor CentralSalesforce
