Position Overview
The Environmental Compliance / Environmental Management Systems internship offers an outstanding opportunity to work on collaborative projects that demonstrate our commitment to regulatory compliance throughout the company.
This position offers students an opportunity to work on cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies that could be implemented in our compliance processes; as well as new ways to view our data and create a story that will serve to better inform the company. The intern will develop project management and analytical skills; gain experience presenting to various audiences, including leadership; and support the strategic development and implementation of new technologies that will support our compliance and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfilling data requests and enhancements for the Environmental Affairs team and other internal groupsBuild relationships and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to partner on initiatives and influence outcomesDrive successful implementation of new processes, including communication with cross-functional team members to incorporate appropriate service considerations, trainings and management of change, as appropriateUpdate leadership and key collaborators on initiatives - preparing and delivering presentations QualificationsUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
