Candidates will gain experience with and knowledge of Parker EHS programs sufficient to perform future responsibilities with general direction. This is an internship opportunity for Summer 2025. Responsibilities + Foster near-miss safety culture by providing proper feedback to team members. + Expand safety audit program to ensure safe use of equipment. + Conduct EHS audits. + Expand waste management program. Organize shipping and record keeping of waste disposal. + Facilitate Safety High Performance Team meetings. Qualifications + Currently enrolled in, or completed degree in related field, such as: Chemistry, Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering. Candidate shall have completed sophomore year with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. + Ability to work effectively in a variety of environments and assignments. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member. + Excellent problem-solving skills.
