Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with experienced professionals and mentors to gain practical experience in daily work activities.
Support and participate in the development of First-Of-A-Kind Technician Prescriptive Maintenance Troubleshooting Guide to standardize recovery action with best known method.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective actions library.
Document and report findings, progress, and results to the management team.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Dual pump unit fan out).

Participate in Preventive Maintenance and Conversion activities
