Responsibilities: 

You will assigned on a project to work on the engineering and maintenance works in the fields of Mechanical equipment and system on site, to achieve continuous improvement to system robustness, reliability and efficiency with the necessary guidance and direction from Facilities organization and the engineers.

Learn and develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for Facilities mechanical systems including HVAC, exhaust systems, scrubbers, process cooling water, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, compressed air systems, Fire protection system and cleanroom air systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.

Your ability to relate the technologies and concepts learned to use on field utilization will be the key area of focus. 

To be able to understand the operational & criticality of Facilities system to a semiconductor FAB. Able to perform systematic troubleshooting and provide feasible solution. Complete the project assignment within the timeline and meet its objective.

Proficient in quality tool such as 8D & 5 WHY analysis for troubleshooting or incidents.

Apply computer base software to document and analyses records of maintenance work order, equipment history and project tracking.

Requirement:

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
