What You Will Do:

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides Interns with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of the clients. Each Intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Highlights of our Internship Program include:

10-week experience in the Summer of 2025 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 2nd and run until Friday, August 8th )Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point and Final EvaluationsNetworking & Social Activities and EventsCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern EventIntern Speaker SeriesStaffing on active Guidehouse projects

Federal Civilian Agencies (FCA) interns support Federal government clients to better meet their mission.  We work directly with our clients to develop innovative solutions that help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their organization.

As an intern, you will work in a team to create and present quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams.  You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks.

Key responsibilities may include:

Work collaboratively in a team environment to solve client challengesParticipate and lead meetings and clearly document meeting minutes and action itemsAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions (including the use of advanced data analytics where appropriate)Work with a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operationsDevelop work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client improvementsCommunicate solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentationsSupport data collection activities to gain insight into an organization’s structure, processes, policies, technology, and culture. Data collection activities may include:Research of client source documentation and industry leading practicesClient interviews including development of audience-specific interview protocolsFacilitation of client work groups and information sessions



What You Will Need:

Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years Minimum Degree Status Required: Graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited program between Fall 2025 and Summer 2026Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the countryNo current or future sponsorship is available for this positionStrong interest in serving Federal clients within the civilian sector that have strong mission programs



What Would Be Nice To Have:

Degree/Majors Preferred: Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a social science discipline with proven academic successProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and ExcelOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with economic and financial analysis and researchProactive and independent work styleAbility to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
