Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks
• During the 12 week tenure, you will experience the sales on-boarding process and gain a rich understanding of the Teva Selling Model
• Supported by experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and gain experience in the promotion of our specialty products
• Throughout the internship you will gain in-depth insights into the US Specialty Sales and Marketing department to better understand customer engagement and source of business
• Working with Sales Leadership and commercial training partners to better understand available data and resources
• You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the US Specialty Sales and Marketing business unit
Key Project of Priority:
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing to optimize strategy and message execution in the field
• Work closely with field associates to understand customer insights and analytics used to promote specialty products
• Hone your ability to interact with customers in virtual and live environments and proficiency with technology
• Gain an understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull through strategies as well as experience into all pertinent settings of business (Community Mental Health Clinics, specialty pharmacy, private practice)
• Work with Area Director to help gain understanding of business priorities and areas of opportunities
• Be a part of the Sales & Marketing teams that create and execute Field Training Meetings, and attend live field training meetings
• Evaluate Teva as a workplace for young professionals, and provide recommendations on how to improve
• Opportunity to present findings of key projects to Senior Leadership at the close of internship
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business or other related field
• Rising Senior preferred
• Fundamental understanding of MS suite of products, ability to handle confidential materials, demonstrated attention to detail, and shared platforms (IT) are preferred if not expected to succeed in this role
