FP&A (NPD Finance and Margin Management) Intern:
The Supply Chain Finance Internship will allow the successful candidate to greatly enhance their real-life experiences and learn modern skillsets within the field that they are studying. It is an outstanding opportunity to gain valuable experience in food manufacturing, understanding supply chain finance, analyzing finance forecasts, and influencing key stakeholders across functional areas to drive COGS improvement.
Coming out of this internship, the candidate will have a better understanding of:
• The Supply Chain Finance Department’s involvement in the COGS accounting process and the financial tools used to track and analyze drivers of COGS
• Capital project management initiatives including project tracking, PO and Invoice matching and changes to plant expansion
• Conducting deep dives on productivity improvement ROI by analyzing actual performance compared against business cases
• Learning how to provide key insights based on data and recommendations for operational decisions
• Exploring improvements to reporting, analytical tools, and internal processes with the goal of becoming more efficient and accurate
• Serving as liaison between various business partners including Plant and Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams to ensure alignment during month end close
• Ad-hoc projects as needed
• Entering junior or senior year of a bachelor’s degree program with a major in in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent field
• Possesses interest in Finance, Consumer Packaged Goods, Supply Chain, or Cost Accounting
• Experience working both independently and, in a team oriented, collaborative environment
• Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately and to consistently meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• High level of intellectual curiosity, not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and on cross-functional teams

Compensation Range: $24.00 - $26.00, plus bonus.
