Join our team this summer for an immersive internship at The Phelps Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown associated with Pyramid Global Hospitality. You will learn from experienced professionals and contribute towards creating memorable guest experiences in our restaurant outlets, Top of the Park Rooftop and The Phelps Bar & Kitchen. About the Internship: Our Food & Beverage Internship is designed for college juniors and seniors pursuing a career in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field. Over the course of the internship, you’ll work alongside our active Food & Beverage team, gaining exposure to daily operations, event planning, and exceptional service delivery. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role after graduation. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service. • Support in event operations for banquets, conferences, and special occasions. • Deliver outstanding guest service in accordance with The Phelps standards. • Participate in inventory management, cost control, and menu development initiatives. • Collaborate with associates to ensure seamless service and a memorable guest experience. What We’re Looking For: • Current junior or senior in a hospitality, culinary arts, or business-related program. • Passion for Food & Beverage and a commitment to exceptional guest service. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
