You will assist the Communications team in creating engaging visuals that support our brand and marketing efforts\. ## **Job Duties & Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the team to develop digital and print materials such as posters, invitations, lobby screens, postcards, emails and graphics for our website, intranet, social media and presentations + Assist in brainstorming and creating design concepts for campaigns, projects and events + Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across various platforms and materials + Prepare and organize files for production and review to ensure high\-quality outputs + Receive feedback from team members and make revisions to improve designs + Research current design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team ## **Job Specific Skills** + Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite \(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign\) and Microsoft Office \(Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Teams\) + Awareness of social media trends and content creation strategies + Familiarity with video editing tools in Premiere Pro, basic lighting knowledge, or experience operating still and video cameras, is a bonus + Strong creativity and attention to detail + Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks + Willingness to learn and take direction from team members + A portfolio showcasing academic, personal or freelance design work \(even if in progress\) ## **Education** Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field Expand Energy takes necessary action to ensure that all applicants are treated without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, national origin, genetic information, disability, pregnancy, military or veteran status or any other protected characteristic as established by law\.
