Intern - HR System Documentation

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

 


•    Technical writing to consolidate/revise/rewrite our HRIS system documentation (employee and manager facing job aids as well as HR administrative process documentation)
•    Assist in updates to documentation as part of the Oracle HR Redwood system migration
•    Transition from Word/PDF documentation to wiki-style documentation in Microsoft SharePoint
•    Rewrite documentation with AI/Chatbot user queries in mind, so that user chatbot queries result in better responses
•    The intern will provide recommendations related to the documentation and will participate in HR projects as well as make presentations to leadership regarding recommendations and progress throughout the summer internship.
 

 

Education & Experience

 


•    Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite in Word and Excel (Outlook is a plus).

•    Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Work independently and follow instructions. 
 

 

NOTE:  Relocation Assistance/Temporary Housing is not provided.
