Location: Kruševac, Serbia 

Main responsibilities:

Work with vednors and cusomers to reconsile balances Work in E invoice portal Shopping Card coding on simpler typology or clusters with no check for VAT Code invoices Raise SSFs to RPA Post simpler MJEs received from local Prepare non-complex (cash, prepaid, zero balance, subledgers, etc.) balance sheet account reconciliation to be reviewed by associates Run rule-based clearing transaction Run profit elimination or similar transaction Issue manual invoices Help with archiving physical or electronical documentation SAP download useful in reporting or audit trails

 

Requirements: 

High School diploma (preferably a student of Finance & Accounting or Economics)  At least intermediate English language skills  Experience working with Excel  Experience in accouting will be considered an asset  SAP experience will be considered an asset  Demonstrating willingness to learn and develop Good communication & organisational skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
