We are excited to offer an internship opportunity for a people development enthusiast, with collaborative mindset and learning aptitude to join our Talent Development team. The position is in the Global Talent Development Team, working closely with the Global Talent Partner with the responsibility to build and develop our Function. As an intern, you will support our team in successfully executing our talent assessment centers, with program management and stakeholder skills. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent development, allowing you to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
•    Work closely with the Talent Development team to schedule and execute talent assessment centers by managing program logistics, creating and publishing program schedules, managing participant registrations, closure of feedback conversations etc.
•    Manage the group inbox, intranet communication and engagement with stakeholders along side program administrator.
•    Assist in the development of data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to improve the performance of the function.
•    Help maintain and update talent data files and SuccessFactors platform to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.

Key Requirements
•    You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)

•    Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
