Our Innovation & Digital team is looking for a 2025 summer intern to join their team! The Innovation Team is driven to pursue innovative disruption in the insurance industry by (1) developing new products and services for current and future policyholders and distribution partners (2) expanding our current markets through new business models, and (3) implementing new technologies to help enhance our operations and our customers’ experience.
As a valued intern with our Innovation team, you will:
Work in Agile/Sprint methodology to perform all software development activities including development and testing. Specific focus on API development and testing is preferable.
Work on various Innovation & Digital (I&D) projects with technical skills to develop prototype websites for testing and validation purposes.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Information Systems, Computer Science, Business & Management and Project Management majors are preferred.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
Confidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams)
Authorized to work in the United States of America
Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week
