Position Responsibilities: The Internal Audit department at Reyes Holdings (RH) is committed to partnering with local universities to fulfill our entry level audit recruiting needs. To that end, we are offering an exciting internship opportunity for the summer of 2025, to be based in our Rosemont headquarters. This position requires monthly domestic travel to facilities to conduct internal audits which identify areas for improvement to remain compliant, increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Participate in audit planning, document business processes in narratives or flowcharts, perform tests to assess the operating effectiveness of processes & associated controls, draft audit findings & recommended management action plans, and help support the overall execution of operational audits. Interact daily with our team members as well as corporate executives and local management teams. Assist in follow-up activities with stakeholders across the organization to determine the remediation status of action plans that address previously issued audit findings. Exposure to Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations and auditing these different compliance areas. Leverage corporate policies and procedures to assess business processes and then propose changes or improvements as needed. Perform general auditing or industry specific research. Other projects or duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
