Intern - IT Communications and Documentation Specialist

Position Responsibilities:
The IT Communications and Documentation Specialist role collects and develops documentation for the RH IT Department and maintains it within Knowledge Management Systems such as ServiceNow and O365 SharePoint. This role will promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and self-service capabilities across the RH IT Department. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
+ Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to collect information to be stored in the knowledge base.
+ Collaborate with process and technology owners to document processes, procedures, and technology.
+ Follow the process to review and publish approved documentation and remove outdated documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
+ Follow procedures to maintain the Enterprise Knowledge Base to store, organize, and access information across the Reyes Family of Businesses.
+ Solicit and provide feedback loop to support and continuously improve document creation and related processes.
+ Provide relevant analytics, reporting, and progress tracking of knowledge management initiatives, adoption, and effectiveness.
+ Encourage and foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture across the Reyes Family of Businesses.
+ Conduct presentations to stakeholders and leadership at all levels of the organization.
+ Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
