Intern - IT Program Management
Position Responsibilities:  The intern will play a supportive role in the Reyes Holdings IT Program and Engagement office. They will spend about half their time working to optimize current practices across processes and platforms. The balance of their time will involve exploratory work as we transform to a more product and agile operating model within the digital transformation office. Assume the work may include industry research, standards documentation, performance metrics, dashboard reporting and other. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Learn current state project delivery practices to document gaps and opportunities Conduct emerging research on product models and agile delivery to inform future state Assist in documenting future product and agile/hybrid operating model procedures Support portfolio management including dashboards, metrics, reporting and other Other projects or duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience:  High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
