The Opportunity  

This position works out of our Wiesbaden site in the Abbott Diabetes Care - Abbott GmbH. We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. 

This position provides support and development of financial reporting/analysis, investment programs and strategic projects for a period of 10-12 weeks.

Your Tasks:

Support Sales forecast, P&L, BS, and Month End CloseSupport financial LBE, and consolidation of dataPrepare ad-hoc analyses to support business decisionsSupport and prepare spend commitments requiring approvals beyond EMEA; includes up to C-Suite approvals

Your Qualification:

Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline A team player - open, flexible, eager to learn and ready to take on new challengesHands-on mentality, customer-oriented mindsetStrong analytical skills and critical thinking skillsOrganized, detail oriented and accurateStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsMS Office knowledgeFluent in English (written and spoken), additional foreign language skills are a plus
