The ManpowerGroup Marketing Internship provides an educational 8 week, paid experience for current Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing students seeking to jumpstart their career with a large public company.
This role will work collaboratively within the marketing department at ManpowerGroup. The internship will include professional development, hands-on experience, and leadership development coupled with training in the desired field of study. This role is 100% remote.
The Graphic Design Intern will contribute to North America Marketing by supporting design tasks that help alleviate capacity constraints on the current team. The primary focus will be on social media graphics, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines. Specific responsibilities include:
• Social Media Graphics: Create and finalize graphics for North America holiday campaigns and other brand-related social media content, working from provided templates and guidelines.
• Project-Based Design: Assist with rebranding flyers, case studies, and other materials identified through Highspot cleanup or brand updates.
• Support Tasks: Provide additional capacity for proofing and executing design deliverables, allowing senior designers to focus on high-priority projects.
• Process Familiarity: Learn and use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to deliver quality outputs under guidance.
