Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Planning and coordinate promotional events, including support to local campaign, adapting the marketing content to the regional needs. Define, prepare and maintain inventories, logistics processes, documentations and database for samples and products used for tradeshows and events. Ability to collect and analyze data to help improve the organization's process across different countries and different BUs is required.Education & Experience
Some college Experience in Logistics, Procurement or related field Knowledge of reporting and analytical tools Excellent teamworkSkills
Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.Working Conditions
This position is onsite Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessaryPhysical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings. Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents. Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.Safety Requirements
