Master Data Intern

Your role:

Assist in the research and implementation of new SharePoint features to improve data management processes.Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint lists and libraries for Master Data.Conduct user testing and provide feedback on SharePoint enhancements.Process Documentation:Document existing Master Data processes and procedures clearly and concisely.Create and maintain process flow diagrams using tools like Visio.Identify areas for process improvement and suggest potential solutions.Data Analysis:Assist in the analysis of Master Data quality and identify areas for improvement.Conduct basic data analysis tasks, such as data entry, data cleaning, and data validation.Project Support:Provide general administrative support to the Master Data team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project documentation.

Student enrolled in a local University studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related careers

Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, analytical, independent;

Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;

Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;

Advanced English both verbal and written;

Advanced MC Office (Excel is a must have).

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
