They will be part of an awesome team who has a daily responsibility to process a set number of orders, being the bridge between our rep network and production. The position will hone critical thinking skills as well as exposure to many facets of the business. As a part of customer service, we are the central hub of post sales with communication to many other departments. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarily limited to the following: + Accurately reviews, enters, and monitors customer orders through usage of company CRM and/or ERP system containing products of responsibility for applicable sales channels. + Facilitates the accurate procurement of information/documentation including, but not limited to, tax exemption validation, tax rates, project information, certificates of insurance, other. + Reviews purchase orders with terms and conditions from customers, amending for terms not accepted by CS, as required, by issuing of PO amendment letters. + Accurate input of correct customer, project, and order allocation data + Requests revisions as needed based on quote/order terms and conditions + Facilitates orders to next appropriate phases of the post order process + Accuracy and adherence to naming and document storing standards + Timely manages and accurately updates order status and values based on regimented follow-up + Maintains an ability to suggest, ongoingly, better and/or more efficient ways executing processes, policies, and procedures of responsibility. + Holds an understanding of the dependency/relation that upstream/downstream functions have that are interdependent on this role. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) + Rising junior or senior in a Bachelor's Degree program.
