Essential Functions
Research: Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience demographics.
Content Creation: Assist in content development by writing articles, social media post and creating visual content including graphics and videos.
Social Media Management: Help manage and schedule social media posts, suggest ways to engage with followers, and analyze social media performance metrics.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Design and Creative Tasks: Create or edit visual assets for marketing materials, using design software.
Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate marketing events, including logistical tasks and promotion.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Gather and organize data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
Customer Engagement: Assist in developing and maintaining customer engagement strategies, including responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
Marketing Campaign Support: Provide support in the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking budgets, scheduling, and reporting.
Content Management: Help manage content calendars, ensuring that content is published and promoted consistently across various platforms.
Analytics Tools: Gain proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Sprinklr
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and maintaining organized files and documents.
Reporting: Create reports on marketing performance and assist in presenting findings to the team, providing insights for decision-making.
